You can update some basic account details — such as your contact number and communication preferences — directly from your paldoph account settings. However, changes to core identity information (full name, date of birth) require you to contact our support team and submit supporting documentation, as these are tied to your KYC verification. This is to protect you from unauthorised changes to your account. Email support@paldoph.app with your request and a copy of your valid ID.

On the paldoph login page, click the "Forgot Password" link. Enter the email address associated with your account and we'll send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you don't receive the email, check your spam or junk folder.   • A valid government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or UMID card)
  • A selfie holding your ID (for identity confirmation)
  • Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the last 3 months) — required for higher withdrawal tiers
Documents must be clear, unedited, and fully visible. KYC review typically takes 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email notification once your verification is approved.
