You must be at least 21 years old and physically located in the Philippines to use paldoph. Employees of paldoph and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming.
One account per person. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Funds in your paldoph wallet are held for gaming purposes only and are not interest-bearing deposits.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion will result in forfeiture of bonuses and may lead to account suspension.
Fraud, money laundering, use of automated software (bots), and any attempt to exploit technical errors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
paldoph provides deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools. We reserve the right to impose limits on any account where problem gambling indicators are detected.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

By accessing the paldoph Platform, creating an Account, or using any service offered by paldoph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the paldoph Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the paldoph Platform and close your Account if one has been created.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and paldoph with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
To register and maintain an Account on paldoph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
paldoph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in suspension or termination of your Account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the paldoph Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. paldoph is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify paldoph immediately via the live chat support function. paldoph will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your Account.
paldoph reserves the right to refuse Account registration or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
All transactions on the paldoph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). paldoph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and Philippine bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. paldoph does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. paldoph targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for GCash withdrawals; however, actual processing times may vary depending on network conditions and verification status.
paldoph is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to conduct KYC verification before processing withdrawals above applicable thresholds. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is completed.
paldoph reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions, pending investigation.
paldoph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are detailed in each promotion's terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited in connection with bonuses and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension:
paldoph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
All games available on the paldoph Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
paldoph uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game variant in play.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, paldoph will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the stake for that round will be returned to your Wallet. paldoph's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described below.
paldoph reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome was affected by technical error, fraud, or any form of cheating. Winnings derived from voided rounds will not be paid out.
Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Past results do not predict future results.
You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the paldoph Platform:
paldoph reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of paldoph.
The paldoph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of paldoph. Unauthorized use of any paldoph trademark is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, paldoph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from technical downtime.
paldoph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
paldoph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude paldoph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
You may close your paldoph Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining Wallet balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Where an Account is terminated due to breach of these Terms & Conditions, paldoph reserves the right to forfeit any Wallet balance and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
paldoph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, paldoph will provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending an email to your registered address prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the paldoph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always accessible on the paldoph Platform. We recommend that you review them periodically.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the paldoph Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting paldoph support. paldoph will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent paldoph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
paldoph operates within the regulatory framework of PAGCOR. Complaints that cannot be resolved directly with paldoph may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
